Description
The role coordinates international freight shipments by contacting foreign sites and shippers, arranging booking, pickup, and customs clearance, tracking export documentation, handling exceptions with customers and overseas sites, completing client reporting and KPI requirements, and maintaining accurate shipping and financial data. It requires at least three years of sea freight import-export operations experience, English communication ability, computer proficiency, and familiarity with major shipping routes.
