Description
The role coordinates international freight forwarding activities, including booking shipments, collecting goods, customs clearance, tracking export documentation, handling shipment exceptions, and completing client-specific reporting and KPI requirements. It also requires accurate and timely entry of shipping and financial data into systems. The position requires at least three years of sea freight import-export operations experience, English communication ability, computer proficiency, and familiarity with major shipping routes.
