Constellation is hiring a full-time Executive Operations Analyst in Washington, DC to evaluate processes, people, and technology for clients supporting the Department of Homeland Security’s law enforcement mission. The role analyzes data, develops metrics and KPIs, prepares reports and presentations, supports stakeholder sessions, manages project schedules and milestones, and provides administrative and logistical support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of Power BI or similar visualization experience, at least four years of government consulting or support-contractor experience, and U.S. citizenship; the position offers a hybrid work arrangement and medical, dental, and other benefits.
