Description
The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Hub Operations manages end-to-end mid-mile operations at an assigned Air Hub or Surface Hub, overseeing inbound, outbound, transit, fleet, manpower, scheduling, shipment accuracy, network exceptions, service quality, safety, compliance, and operational performance. The role leads shift operations and frontline teams, coordinates with aviation, surface, network, customer service, security, and regional operations, and supports continuous improvement and hub productivity. A bachelor's degree is required, with logistics or operations-related education advantageous; experience ranges from 3–5 years for the Senior Executive grade to 4–7 years for the Assistant Manager grade, including hub operations, transportation, fleet coordination, and team leadership.
