Nourish is hiring an Executive Operations Manager, Tech to serve as an operating partner to the CTO and VP Engineering while supporting department heads across Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics. The role combines executive calendar and meeting support, decision preparation, operating cadence management, technology vendor spend oversight, procurement and contract support, cross-functional project management, and coordination of offsites and employer-brand initiatives. It is an in-office role in New York City with occasional travel, and requires at least five years of experience in executive operations, executive business partnership, business operations, technical program management, or a similar high-trust technology role.
