Income is hiring an Executive in its Personal Lines Policy Servicing function within Consumer GI Operations. The role handles policyholder and intermediary enquiries, underwriting reviews for personal lines applications and renewals, end-to-end policy servicing and issuance, customer data verification, exception reporting, and process improvement initiatives. It requires a degree or diploma, strong communication, analytical, execution, and customer-service skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and preferably 1–2 years of insurance industry experience; relevant insurance qualifications must be obtained after hiring.
