CNC Agency (formerly Coffee ’n Clothes) is seeking an Executive Producer to lead complex experiential programs for flagship clients/accounts, owning end-to-end production strategy and execution across multiple concurrent workstreams. The role combines senior production leadership, client-facing stewardship, team mentorship, and financial accountability, including budget ownership, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination with Account, Creative, Finance, and Operations teams. It requires extensive experiential/event production experience, deep live-event logistics knowledge, and willingness to travel for onsite leadership; the position is remote-first with a salary range of $140,000 to $175,000.
