TEGNA’s WPMT-TV Harrisburg is hiring an Executive Producer to lead its newsroom team and oversee daily editorial operations, on-air execution, script and copy quality, journalist recruitment, coverage coordination, scheduling, and brand development. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in journalism or a related field, prior experience as a news producer and newsroom leader, and the ability to handle breaking news and tight deadlines. Knowledge of AP ENPS, Edius, photojournalism, video editing, and content management systems is a plus.
