Description
Executive-level product development leader responsible for setting product strategy, managing and developing the Product Development team, overseeing end-to-end formulation and product development through market launch, selecting and managing OEM and other business partners, coordinating with Marketing, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs, ensuring FDA and other regulatory compliance, managing product costs and risks, and reporting strategic progress to senior executives. The role is based at the Head Office on Rama 9, Soi 53, and requires extensive product or formulation development experience in cosmetics, skincare, dietary supplements, health products, or related industries.
