Required Previous Experiences: 10 years of experience managing, planning, developing, and executing major research, engineering, and development efforts for defense organizations
10 years of experience as a lead or deputy Program Manager for major technology programs or a portfolio exceeding $100M
5 years of experience leading and operating within highly classified environments, including SAP and SCI
5 years of experience with the DoD 5000 acquisition system
10 years of demonstrated written and oral communication experience
10 years of experience managing support services contracts of comparable size, scope, and complexity
10 years of experience building collaborative stakeholder relationships across the DoW
5 years of foundational experience in electromagnetics and radio frequencies (EM/RF)
