Description
The role is a pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveyor for infrastructure and building projects. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, conducting feasibility studies, liaising with clients and consultants, reviewing drawings and specifications, preparing cost estimates and contracts, measuring quantities, administering contracts, assessing variations and payment claims, coordinating subcontractors, tracking project progress, and ensuring statutory compliance. The position requires a bachelor's degree in building or quantity surveying or equivalent qualification and four years of pre- and post-contract consultancy or main-contractor experience; builder and/or infrastructure project experience is advantageous. The role also involves mentoring juniors and collaborating on unfamiliar work.
