Description
AECOM is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support infrastructure and building projects through pre- and post-contract consultancy. The role includes understanding client requirements, conducting feasibility studies, reviewing drawings and specifications, preparing cost estimates and contracts, measuring quantities, administering contracts, assessing variations and payment claims, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. The position requires a bachelor's degree in building or quantity surveying or equivalent qualification and four years of pre- and post-contract experience in a consultancy or main contractor environment; builder or infrastructure project experience is advantageous. The role also involves mentoring juniors and collaborating with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
