AECOM is hiring a Quantity Surveyor for its Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) QS team. The role covers pre- and post-contract activities for MEP works, including cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, variation assessment, payment evaluations, contractor proposal review, engineering drawing review, contract documentation, site and consultant meetings, subcontractor coordination, and repair or maintenance cost analysis. Applicants should have a degree in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering, strong communication and teamwork skills, and preferably 4–5 years of postgraduate experience in relevant design, supervision, project management, cost estimation, tendering, or contract administration.
