The role is a 12-month contract with intent to convert or extend, focused on senior director, VP, and EVP hiring across product, technology, and strategic commercial functions. The recruiter will source passive senior talent, run rigorous executive interviews, manage complex offer negotiations, and partner with senior stakeholders while working on-site regularly in the Atlanta area.
