Description
CHAOS Industries is hiring a Senior Executive Recruiter to identify, engage, and close senior and C-suite leadership talent. The role partners with executives, hiring managers, and the Recruiting Lead; develops executive search strategies; sources passive candidates; manages assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations; provides market intelligence and compensation benchmarking; maintains pipeline metrics; and improves search processes. The position requires 7+ years of executive/leadership search experience, experience with Greenhouse ATS, and the ability to work onsite 4–5 days per week in El Segundo, California. Medical, dental, and vision benefits are 100% paid, with a stated base salary range of $140,000–$175,000.
