The role owns talent strategy, market research, candidate mapping, assessment, offer negotiation, and close, while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering a high-touch candidate experience. Track record of owning end-to-end searches and closing senior leadership hires
Ability to build consultative partnerships with senior stakeholders
Strong business acumen and understanding of leadership roles' impact on company strategy
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in product-driven or design-led technology companies
