Mindlance is hiring an Executive Recruiter for a fully remote position in the United States. The role leads full-cycle recruitment for Director- and Vice President-level positions, partners with senior leadership and hiring managers, develops sourcing strategies, screens and evaluates candidates, manages offers and relocation coordination, and supports talent acquisition strategy and recruiter development. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and at least seven years of recruiting experience in staffing or corporate HR, including experience recruiting for senior leadership roles.
