Mindlance is hiring an Executive Recruiter for a remote or hybrid role based in the Greater Nashville area. The position leads full-cycle recruitment for Director- and Vice President-level roles, partners with senior leadership, develops sourcing strategies, screens and interviews candidates, manages offers and relocation coordination, and supports talent acquisition strategy and recruiter development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, at least seven years of recruiting experience, and proven experience recruiting for senior leadership roles.
