The role owns sourcing pipelines, market mapping, passive candidate engagement, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing, while partnering with senior HR leadership and hiring executives. Candidates need 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on executive or leadership search, with automotive retail or multi-location experience preferred.
