GVW Group, LLC is hiring a full-time, onsite Executive Recruiter in Durbanville, South Africa. The role reports to the Director of Talent Management and leads full-cycle executive searches primarily for U.S.-based leadership positions across multiple business units and industries, including manufacturing and technology. The recruiter will develop search strategies, source and attract passive executive candidates, manage stakeholders and hiring processes, maintain executive talent networks, uphold recruiting procedures and budgets, and provide transparent candidate communication. The position requires at least 10 years of recruitment experience, including 5 years focused exclusively on U.S. executive search, plus strong knowledge of U.S. talent markets, compensation, executive networking, relationship management, and complex hiring processes.
