Description
The Executive Search Advisor is a senior individual contributor responsible for end-to-end executive search across JM Family Enterprises, primarily for Assistant Vice President through Executive Management Team roles. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Management, the role leads search strategy, stakeholder and candidate alignment, external search-firm partnerships, candidate assessment, selection governance, and search effectiveness. The Advisor also advises senior leaders, supports executive development and specialized talent needs, and represents JM Family in the executive talent market. The position requires at least 10 years of progressive executive search or senior-level talent acquisition experience and is a hybrid arrangement.
