Micron Technology is hiring an Executive Search Partner as a contractor to partner with senior leaders and identify, assess, engage, and secure executive and senior leadership talent across engineering, product, manufacturing, corporate functions, and business units. The role leads strategic search planning, talent mapping, market intelligence, candidate experience, offer development, compensation negotiations, and complex candidate dynamics, while advising leadership on workforce strategy and succession. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 8 years of executive search experience in leading technology organizations, with semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, or related-industry experience preferred. The role can be remote based in Pacific or Mountain Standard Time and offers a US base salary of $132,000 to $224,000 per year, plus potential benefits, bonuses, and equity.
