Description
Morgan Stanley is hiring an Executive Services Specialist to manage the adoption, implementation, and ongoing administration of Rule 10b5-1 trading plans and other restricted-stock transactions for executive and C-Suite clients. The role serves as a primary contact for executive participants, issuer teams, Financial Advisors, and internal partners; supports plan structuring, trade execution, filings, clearing, settlement, and complex equity transactions; and provides education on SEC rules and plan operations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong client-service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. New York-based compensation is $70,000 to $100,000 annually at commencement, with additional compensation possible.
