Compass Group is hiring an Executive Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining sanitation and safety standards, preparing or directing meal preparation, managing inventory and food costs, training and directing back-of-house staff, and rolling out culinary programs. The role requires a bachelor's degree in culinary arts, food services technology or management, or a related field, or an associate of science degree in culinary arts with additional specialized training, along with 3–5 years of relevant culinary experience. The salary is $95,000–$105,000, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
