Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to support the smooth operation of the kitchen department, deliver high-quality guest dining experiences, control costs and inventory, collaborate with the executive chef, and ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements. The role requires proven Sous Chef or similar experience, strong communication and leadership, a hands-on approach, hospitality and guest-service commitment, creative problem-solving, integrity, and experience working with IT systems.
