Description
The Alachua County Administrative Assistant performs a wide range of office and administrative duties for the Board of County Commissioners and County Manager's Office, including public-service intake, filing, correspondence, reports, minutes, mail, calendars, travel coordination, meeting notices, records, and supply management. The role requires high school graduation or equivalent, three years of general office, clerical, and/or customer-service experience or equivalent training, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and typing skills, passing skills-test scores, background checks, and the ability to work independently under supervision.
