Description
The Staffing Operations Executive will support staffing and recruitment for pandamart stores in Singapore by managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, filling temporary-manpower shifts, covering shift gaps, forecasting hiring needs, arranging new-hire training, and updating job descriptions. The role requires at least two years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience, knowledge of hiring processes and Singapore’s MOM labour laws, strong communication and time-management skills, and availability to support urgent staffing needs after office hours or on weekends.
