Millennium is hiring an Executive Support Ops Lead to provide day-to-day technology support for the CEO’s administrative team and coordinate executive support across office, home office, travel, and offsite environments. The role partners with executive assistants, the EVIP team, engineering, security, facilities, and vendors; manages meeting readiness, productivity and identity platforms, financial-services applications, critical endpoints, escalations, runbooks, and service-level tracking. It requires 10+ years of relevant executive or desktop-support experience, strong Windows, iOS, macOS, mobile-device-management, video-conferencing, and financial-services-application expertise, and onsite work in Midtown Manhattan with an on-call rotation.
