Description
The Support – Tooling individual contributor manages tooling activities across Ring Forming, Hobbing, and Induction Hardening processes in Sinnar. Responsibilities include following the monthly tooling provision plan, planning preventive maintenance and new tooling procurement, managing critical spare parts, controlling tooling-related breakdowns, training new associates, and reducing tool costs. The role requires a BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, knowledge of tooling, SMED, hobbing and induction hardening, AutoCAD, and hob and cutter tools, plus 1–2 years of relevant experience.
