GetGo Technologies is hiring a hybrid, contract Executive, Trust & Safety to manage end-to-end billing, recovery, investigations, policy enforcement, dispute resolution, and quality assurance for damage, accident, and compliance-related cases. The role requires at least one year of experience handling disputes, claims, or investigations, preferably in a high-volume consumer technology or motor insurance environment, along with strong evidence assessment, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer-support-platform skills.
