Chubb is hiring a Senior Commercial Lines Underwriter for its Middle Market Commercial Insurance Specialty team in Kansas City. The role manages renewal books and generates new business across package, property, general liability, auto, workers’ compensation, umbrella/excess, and international products, while developing profitable growth with assigned agents and brokers. Responsibilities include negotiating coverage and pricing, identifying account-rounding opportunities, managing producer relationships, and collaborating with underwriting, operations, claims, marketing, and home-office teams. The position requires at least five years of experience, P&C underwriting experience, risk analysis, pricing and rate strategy, marketing, negotiation, communication, and time-management skills.
