Chubb is hiring an Executive Commercial Lines Underwriter for its Small & Lower Midmarket Construction Industry Practice. This field production underwriting role focuses on new revenue growth for multiline construction accounts, reviewing and underwriting submissions, securing binds, cross-selling additional lines, managing agent relationships, planning production, and collaborating with business development, field underwriting, and distribution teams. The role requires 5–7 years of commercial lines underwriting experience, preferably in construction, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills. Compensation is $100,000 to $165,000, with possible discretionary annual incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
