Chubb is hiring an Executive Underwriter for its Natural Resources Practice to manage and grow a $10 million property and casualty book across package, automobile, pollution, workers’ compensation, umbrella, and international lines. The role focuses on book growth, pricing strategy, financial performance, new and cross-sell business, agency planning, broker and insured relationships, and team development. Candidates need at least seven years of underwriting experience in the natural resources or commercial insurance sector, multi-line experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong sales, negotiation, risk analysis, and leadership skills. The pay range is $100,000 to $165,000, with possible discretionary annual incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
