Booz Allen is hiring an Exercise and Training Plans Analyst in Wiesbaden, Germany, to support Army exercise, training, lessons learned, emergency response, and readiness activities. The role analyzes and develops plans, assesses training and technical evaluations, and collaborates with leaders across plans, exercises, and crises planning. It requires at least six years of experience in military operations, logistics, or planning; three years of project management experience; two years of military exercise planning or execution at a division-level headquarters or higher; knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process; and a Secret clearance. A bachelor’s degree is required, while NATO, emergency response, security cooperation, knowledge management, and master’s degree experience are preferred. The projected annualized compensation is $61,900 to $141,000 USD, and the posting will close within 90 days.
