Ironclad Defense Works is hiring a full-time, on-site Exercise Coordination & Warfare Development Analyst in Norfolk, Virginia, to support NATO Allied Command Transformation’s Exercise Coordination and Alignment Branch. The role coordinates exercise planning and governance, develops campaign plans and concepts, assesses exercise outcomes, integrates Audacious Training and AI-enabled capabilities, and converts lessons learned into recommendations. It requires at least five years of military exercise-planning, collective training, or defense transformation experience, relevant NATO knowledge, strong planning and communication skills, and an active National SECRET or higher security clearance. Compensation is $115,000–$135,000 annually, with medical and dental insurance and other benefits.
