BreakForth Solutions is hiring an Exercise Development Support - Air C2 SME to support the Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command’s six-day MAGTF Warfighting Exercise. The role provides subject-matter expertise and simulated response-cell and higher-headquarters support for tactical air, joint interdiction, close air support, airlift, and aerial support; participates in ATO and ACO planning; coaches and mentors training audiences; develops exercise vignettes; and provides technical advice to exercise-control and adversary teams. The position requires Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility, extensive military aviation command-and-control knowledge, and 8 years of operational experience with one operational deployment for qualified military TACAIR aviators or DASC-trained personnel; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. OCONUS and domestic travel may be required, and the majority of work will be in a garrison environment.
