UW Health is hiring a full-time Exercise Specialist Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of its fitness center, develop staff schedules, evaluate and develop exercise programs for healthy and at-risk participants, collaborate with facility departments, modify exercise prescriptions for changing medical or environmental conditions, and provide premium customer service. The role is onsite at the Science Drive Medical Center in Madison, Wisconsin, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and flexible hours, including occasional weekend coverage. A bachelor's degree in exercise physiology, kinesiology, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred. The position also requires two years of experience in a large community or hospital-based fitness center, experience working with at-risk populations, and current CPR certification.
