Description
The Assistant Site Coordinator supports the Site Lead, certificated staff, and EXL central office at a YMCA Expanded Learning Program serving school-aged children. Responsibilities include paperwork and attendance, monitoring and supervising youth leaders and children, coordinating staff and activities, responding to requests, maintaining relationships with families and community members, managing behavior, documenting activities, and assisting with program development and emergency situations. The role requires three years of experience working with school-aged children, at least one year of supervisory experience, relevant education or NCLB exam completion, reliable transportation, and availability to work five days per week during program hours.
