Description
The EFNEP Coordinator will coordinate the implementation and teaching of EFNEP classes in targeted Mississippi counties, recruit and retain participants, evaluate educators and volunteers, collaborate with nutrition and extension stakeholders, lead program committees, promote the program, and maintain professional competence. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, healthcare administration, or a related area, one year of nutrition education and food preparation and service experience, county residency, and skills in nutrition, food preparation, communication, recruitment, and program instruction.
