Description

The Expanded Learning Program Associate supports the after-school and summer school enrichment programs at KIPP Public Schools Northern California. This role involves supervising students, managing program operations, handling communications with families, and ensuring financial compliance. The associate works under the direction of the ELO Program Director and collaborates with the Regional Associate Director of Expanded Learning.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Minimum 1 year of work experience, 2 or more years strongly preferred
Prior experience working in a school based setting
Experience with student supervision, operations, or customer service
Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual-Spanish or language spoken of communities served highly preferred
Knowledge of the San Francisco community
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team, especially with parents and community members
Ability to self-direct, prioritize and multi-task among competing goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
Unquestioned integrity and commitment to KIPP Public Schools Northern California’s mission and values
Working knowledge in all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
