Fastned is hiring an Expansion Manager to lead the UK expansion team’s site acquisition strategy for electric charging stations. The role involves identifying and securing prime locations, negotiating leasehold, freehold, and licence agreements, managing contracted and pipeline sites, coordinating with design, planning, construction, legal, and operations teams, and mentoring colleagues. Candidates need at least five years of commercial real estate site acquisition or development experience, Chartered Surveyor or equivalent standing, strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, and an established UK property network. The role is based in one of the listed UK cities with regular visits to the London office and travel within the United Kingdom and occasionally to continental Europe.
