Description
LAP Coffee is hiring a full-time, permanent Expansion Project Manager to own the end-to-end buildout of its store network across Germany. The role leads retail fit-out projects from site assessment and tendering through contractor management, snagging, defect resolution, and keys-in-hand handover, while controlling capex budgets, negotiating frameworks, improving buildout processes, and maintaining existing store performance. The position is based at the Berlin headquarters with regular on-site work in Frankfurt, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Munich, and Hamburg, requires approximately 30–50% travel, and demands fluent German, English, a driver's licence, and hands-on construction project management experience.
