Description
The Supplier Account Manager supports shipment expediting for high-value customer orders and special accounts by identifying and resolving supplier issues, coordinating with suppliers on availability and delivery schedules, processing purchase orders and delivery acknowledgements, and maintaining accurate factory delivery dates in UV. The role requires strong communication, data-entry, multitasking, teamwork, Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills, and experience in customer support, supplier interactions, or a similar area; a bachelor’s degree and highly effective current performance are also required.
