Description
The Purchasing/Expediting Specialist reviews production schedules, purchase orders, and delivery timelines; tracks order status and part shortages; coordinates with Sales, Manufacturing, customers, Howmet factories, and third-party suppliers; and negotiates expedite fees and delivery improvements. The role requires at least three years of purchasing or related experience, a high school diploma, and U.S. work authorization, with possible future visits to Southern California manufacturing locations. The position offers a $50,000 to $70,000 salary and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
