The Junior Expo assembles, packages, verifies, labels, and dispatches in-flight catering orders in a fast-paced aviation catering environment. The role coordinates with production and logistics teams, monitors flight departure timelines, assists with loading and staging, may operate company vehicles, maintains packaging inventory, and follows food-safety procedures. It is a full-time early-morning shift position with weekend, holiday, and overtime work as needed, and pays $18.00-$20.00 per hour.
