Description
The Expense Pharmacy Coordinator at Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) oversees medication purchasing surveillance across pharmacy locations, analyzes procurement and inventory data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities, supports contract compliance and shortage mitigation, participates in quality-improvement and business-review initiatives, and reports findings to senior leadership. The role also assists pharmacy distribution-center operations and supports implementation and maintenance of electronic inventory systems. A Doctor of Pharmacy or bachelor's degree in pharmacy, South Carolina pharmacist licensure, and current Basic Life Support certification are required; pharmacy residency completion is preferred.
