FMSC is hiring a part-time Volunteer Engagement Specialist to engage and inspire volunteers during food-packing sessions through storytelling, hospitality, presentations, and mission-focused communication. The role also includes leading prayer, coordinating session presentations, conducting retail and donation transactions, maintaining a clean food-safe facility, and supporting site leadership. It is scheduled for weekdays, weeknights, and Saturdays, with occasional Sunday and holiday availability, and pays $17.45 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, one year of public or motivational speaking experience, and be able to stand for up to six hours.
