Huge is hiring a remote UX Designer Lead in Colombia to lead UX strategy and design across complex digital products, platforms, and services. The role owns the experience from discovery through delivery, simplifies complex user journeys, develops information architecture and experience frameworks, applies research, personalization, accessibility, design systems, analytics, experimentation, and AI capabilities, and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Business, and Creative stakeholders. The position requires 5–8+ years of UX leadership experience, a strong portfolio, advanced English communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in Agile environments.
