Octopus by RTG is seeking an Experience Designer to lead UX/UI design and design system work for digital products across platforms. The role focuses on creating end-to-end experience deliverables, owning scalable Figma-based design systems, and partnering closely with front-end developers to ensure high-quality implementation, documentation, and QA alignment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of digital product design experience, strong Figma and design token skills, and working knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and front-end technologies.
