Viva is hiring a Med Spa Patient Coordinator to coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of med spa services, including laser treatments, injectables, and other advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments. The role requires at least one year of professional experience in a med or day spa, strong customer service and sales skills, a rotating schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and a willingness to commit for at least one year.
